GAZPACHO 
1 lg. can V-8 juice
Garlic salt
3 lg. cans Hunts pear tomatoes
3 cans pimientos, chopped
1/4 c. olive oil
1 lg. can mushrooms
1 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. onion, minced
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
4 tbsp. celery, chopped
2 cucumbers, unpeeled, chopped

Mix all ingredients together to form soup. Serve cold, with either mayonnaise, or curry powder, or plain. Serves 12.
