PUMPKIN COOKIES 
1 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco
1 c. pumpkin pie filling
1 c. butterscotch morsels
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. raisins

Cream sugar, Crisco and pumpkin filling. Combine flour, soda, cinnamon and salt. Add to creamed mixture. Add butterscotch morsels, nuts and raisins. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes on a greased cookie sheet. Cookies may be frosted.

FROSTING:

6 tbsp. butter
1 c. brown sugar
6 tsp. vanilla
8 tbsp. milk
2 c. confectionery sugar

Heat together butter, milk and sugar. Let cool and add confectionery sugar and vanilla. Frost cookies while still warm.
