PUMPKIN COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 can pumpkin pie filling
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Cream butter and sugar. Add pumpkin pie filling, egg and vanilla. Mix well. Add baking powder, soda, salt and flour. After mixing all together add raisins and nuts. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Cook 8-10 minutes at 375.

I used the leftover pumpkin pie filling to make these... Since it wasn't dense enough to make drop cookies I made pumpkin bars with cream cheese icing... Yummy!
