QUICHE LORRAINE 
1 (9") unbaked pie shell
8 slices bacon, fried & crumbled
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3 beaten eggs
1 3/4 c. milk

Bake pie shell 7 minutes at 450 degrees; remove from oven. Reduce heat to 325 degrees. Put bacon and cheese in the pie shell. Beat together flour, salt, nutmeg, eggs and milk. Pour into shell. Bake 35-40 minutes. Cool for 25 minutes. Serves 8.
