EASY QUICHE LORRAINE 
1 frozen pie shell
4 eggs
1/2 pt. heavy cream
3-4 slices of ham
3-4 slices of cheese
Nutmeg, salt & pepper

Line pie shell with ham and cheese. Beat eggs; add cream. Mix in salt, pepper, nutmeg. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Check for doneness.
