FRUITY CHICKEN SALAD 
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can pineapple tidbits (undrained)
4 c. cooked chopped chicken
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges (drained)
1 (2 1/2 oz.) pkg. sliced toasted almonds
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. seedless grapes, cut in half
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. curry powder

Drain pineapple, reserving 2 tablespoons juice. Set juice aside.

Combine pineapple and next six ingredients; mix well.

Combine 2 tablespoons reserved pineapple juice, mayonnaise, soy sauce and curry powder. Stir well and add to chicken mixture. Serve on lettuce leaves. Chill.
