GARLIC OKRA PICKLES | |
3 lb. okra (3-4" long) 1 c. white vinegar 1/4 c. pickling salt 4 garlic cloves (one in each jar) Wash okra and pack in clean jars. Combine water, vinegar and salt. Heat to boiling point. Pour into the jars 1/2 inch from top and put in hot water bath for 5 minutes. Makes 4 pints. |
