EASY PICKLED OKRA 
1 pkg. Mrs. Wages kosher dill pickling mix
1 gal. okra, 2 to 3 inches long

Pack okra into pint jars, standing each pod on its ends, alternating point and end of okra. Boil your mix per package directions, pour over packed jars of okra, seal with new lids and hot water bath 10 minutes. Remove from boiling water. Cool on dry towel in an area free from drafts.
