CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 breasts or 8 halves
1 can water chestnuts
Swiss cheese
Cream of mushroom soup
Butter
Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix

Place in a casserole dish. Slice chestnuts, place on chicken. Place 1/2 slice of cheese on each breast. Dilute soup can with 1/2 can milk. Pour on chicken. Sprinkle top with 1/2 stick butter and 1 cup stuffing mix. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
