COMPANY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 boneless chicken breasts (pound until thin)
Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper to taste
6 slices grated Swiss cheese
1/2 c. white wine
1/4 lb. melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 box Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix (Classic chicken)

Place chicken in baking dish, top with sliced cheese. Thin the soup with wine, mix until smooth and pour over chicken. Mix stuffing mix with melted butter and sprinkle over top. Bake uncovered at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
