HORS D'OEUVRES 
1 pkg. (10) small flour tortilla shells
1 pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
thinly sliced ham
1 small jar olives
thinly grated Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. dry Ranch dressing

Soften cream cheese and mix in Ranch dressing. Spread over shells. Top with ham, olives and cheese (thin layer; or other toppings, if desired.) Roll shell tightly and cut in 1-inch strips.
