FRESH SPINACH SALAD 
3 bags fresh spinach
1 c. water chestnuts (sliced thin) (if desired)
4 hard boiled eggs (chopped)
1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled

DRESSING:

1 c. oil
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 med. onion (chopped)
2 tsp. salt

Mix together and refrigerate. When ready to serve, pour over salad and toss.
