TAFFY APPLE SALAD | |
1 tbsp. flour 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple 1 egg, beaten 1/4 c. sugar 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar 8 oz. Cool Whip 1 c. chopped peanuts 4 c. Granny Smith apples, chopped Mix flour, pineapple juice, egg, sugar and vinegar together in saucepan. Bring to a boil until mixture becomes thick and pasty. Cool in refrigerator for a few minutes. Add to apples with Cool Whip and nuts. Toss well and refrigerate. Serve 8-10. |
