SPINACH SALAD 
2 pkgs. crisp spinach, washed
4 hard boiled eggs
12 slices bacon
1 c. French dressing
8 cloves garlic, quartered

About 2 hours ahead, add garlic pieces to French dressing. Boil eggs, fry bacon until crisp. Tear spinach into pieces in salad bowl. Refrigerate all. At serving time, chop eggs, crumble bacon, sprinkle both over spinach. Remove garlic from dressing and pour over salad. Toss and serve at once.
