1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour cream
2 1/2 c. flour
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. grated zucchini

Cream butter, oil and sugar well. Add 2 eggs, vanilla and sour cream, beat well. Mix in dry ingredients and blend well. Stir in zucchini and blend. Pour into greased and lightly floured 13 x 9 inch pan. Top with 1/2 cup chocolate chips and 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
