CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1/2 c. soft butter
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 3/4 c. sugar

Beat together.

2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk

Add to above mixture and beat.

2 1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

Sift together and add to the above. Beat well. Stir in 2 cups grated zucchini. Bake in greased and floured 9 x 13 pan at 325 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until done.

You may sprinkle batter with 1 cup chocolate chips or frost with cream cheese frosting after it is baked.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 c. powdered sugar
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix and beat until smooth.
