COCOA-ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour milk (add 1 tsp. lemon juice to sour milk)
2 1/2 c. flour
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. finely diced zucchini (scoop out seeds and pulp - discard)

Cream butter, oil and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk. Blend with mixer.

Mix dry ingredients together. Add to creamed mixture. Beat well.

Spoon into greased and floured 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees, 40-45 minutes. Test with toothpick, then frost with Chocolate-Orange Frosting.

CHOCOLATE-ORANGE FROSTING:

2 tbsp. grated orange rind
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
2 c. powdered sugar
3 tbsp. orange juice, warmed
