1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 lg. eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. shredded zucchini
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
Confectioners' sugar

Beat sugar, butter, vanilla and eggs until blended. Beat on high for 5 minutes. Reduce speed and blend in dry ingredients until well mixed. Add chips and nuts. Grease and flour two loaf pans. Spread evenly in pans. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool and sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
