FAMOUS PUMPKIN PIE 
Pastry for 9 inch Pie Crust
2 Eggs
3/4 cup Sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Ginger
1/4 tsp. Ground Cloves
1 16 oz. Can Pumpkin
1 12 oz. Can Evaporated Milk

Prepare pastry. Beat eggs, lightly. Beat in remaining ingredients. Pour into prepared pastry.

Bake 425°F for 15 mintutes, reduce to 350°F and bake 45-50 minutes longer or until knife inserted comes out clean.
