HAM WITH FRESH STRAWBERRY SAUCE 
1 whole or half boneless fully cooked ham
2-3 tbsp. honey or corn syrup
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
12 oz. can unsweetened pineapple juice
1 tbsp. grated orange rind
1 c. sliced strawberries

Arrange ham on rack in a shallow baking pan. Bake uncovered in slow oven (325 degrees) as directed on package label. 30 minutes before end of baking time brush ham with honey or syrup, 2 or 3 times during final cooking period. While ham is heating combine sugar and cornstarch. Stir in pineapple juice. Cook stirring constantly until thickened and smooth. Stir in orange rind.

Stir strawberries into sauce; heat. Pour 1/4 of sauce over ham and save remaining sauce to serve with ham. Garnish strawberries and fresh pineapple (canned). Note: Frozen sliced without syrup of whole berries may be substituted if desired.
