JEWELED BUFFET HAM 
1 (8 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 (8 oz.) can jellied cranberry sauce
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange segments, drained
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2-4 dashes Tabasco sauce
1 (5-6 lb.) fully cooked ham (have butcher slice ham in 1/4" slices & tie in original shape)

Combine all ingredients except ham in medium saucepan. Cook over low heat 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. (May be refrigerated several days.)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place ham in shallow roasting pan. Bake 1 hour. Remove from oven. Pour off juices. Spoon enough fruit mixture over ham to coat well, mounding generously on top. Bake again, uncovered, 30 minutes. Baste occasionally with remaining fruit mix.
