VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 -English peas
1 - green beans
1 - corn
1 - lima beans
1 - stewed tomatoes

1 lg. onion
3 carrots
4 celery
1 pkg. mushrooms
4 potatoes, if wanted

1 pkg. Parmesan cheese
1 lb. Monterey Jack

Use juice from tomatoes, add 1/4 cup oil, 2 bouillon cubes (chicken), dissolved in juice, seasoning salt, garlic salt, pepper. Mix all above, cover with fresh Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Cover with foil. Stir occasionally. When done, cover with 1 pound Monterey Jack cheese. to make low fat use low fat or no fat cheeses.
