LARISA'S ROASTED POTATOES | |
Best potatoes ever!!! 6 potatoes (any variety) 1 tbsp. sage 1 tbsp. rosemary 1 tbsp. garlic (fresh or dried) 1 tsp. mint 1 tsp. black pepper 1 tsp. coarse salt or sea salt 1/3 cup oil (your choice) Preheat oven to 350°F. Chop potatoes into pieces any shape or size will do, combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and toss liberally, until all the potatoes are coated. Place into a deep dish pan, and cover with foil, poking holes in the top for steam. Bake at 350°F for about 1 hour or longer depending on how soft you would like them, remove and serve. Hot Oven Variation: Set oven to 450°F. Bake potatoes at 450°F for 20 minutes then drop temperature to 350°F and continue baking until done to your liking. Submitted by: Larisa Pole |
