BAKED PORK CHOPS 
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. milk
6 pork chops, cut 3/4" thick

Use butter to coat 9 x 13 inch pan. In a shallow dish combine crumbs, cheese, salt, oregano and pepper. In a bowl mix egg and milk. Coat chops with crumb mixture, then dip in egg mixture and again in crumbs. Arrange in pan and bake in a slow oven at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn chops carefully; bake 30 minutes longer. Makes 6 servings.
