2 eggs, beaten 2 c. flour or enough flour to make stiff dough Roll dough paper thin on floured surface. Roll up loosely, slice 1/4 inch wide and lightly flour noodles. Let dry 2 hours. Drop into boiling broth and cook 20 minutes under low fire. Salt and pepper broth to taste. |
