2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
1 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 c. hot water

Mix up all dry ingredients in a large bowl, then add buttermilk, oil and eggs. Add water and stir good. Pour into 13 x 9 x 2 pan.

Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
