LEMON SNOW 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
2 c. boiling water
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 1/4 c. water
1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add lemon juice and cold water. Stir well; let stand 1 hour, half of the hour in the refrigerator. Add Cool Whip and heat until blended. Pour into mold; garnish with fruit. (I use 10 ounce of Cool Whip.)
