OVEN BARBECUED CHICKEN N CHEESY
BISCUITS
 
2 1/2 to 3 lb. frying chicken pieces
1 c. barbecue sauce
1 can biscuits
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Dip chicken pieces in barbecue sauce. Place chicken, skin side up, in prepared pan; greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until tender. Move chicken to one side of dish. Separate biscuits; place in dish next to chicken. Sprinkle biscuits with shredded cheese. Return to oven; bake 20 minutes more or until biscuits are golden brown. (6 servings).
