NO ROLL PASTRY SHELL 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil (Wesson, Mazola)
2 tbsp. cold milk

Place dry ingredients into pie pan. Mix with fork. Combine oil and milk in a cup and whip with fork and pour over mixture in pan. Mix together with fork. Press down with fingers to fit shape of pan.

If using for shell, prick with fork and bake at 350-375 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until brown. Also may fill for no-top crust or crumbly top pie. If so, follow directions for the pie for length of baking and temperature. Yield: 1 pie shell.
