"NO ROLL" PASTRY SHELL 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
2 tbsp. cold milk

Mix flour, sugar and salt. Combine oil and milk, then mix into dry ingredients. Press into pie plate and up the sides. Reserve some for sprinkling on top of fruit filling. With filling, bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes; then 350 degrees until done. Without filling - bake at 425 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
