BUTTERMILK POTATO SALAD 
4 c. cubed cooked potatoes
1 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. Ranch Dressing
2 chopped boiled eggs
2 tbsp. green onion slices

Mix all ingredients together; mix lightly. Chill. Add more dressing before serving, if desired. Makes 4-6 servings.
