POTATO SALAD 
8-10 med. potatoes
6 hard boiled eggs + 2 for topping
1-2 c. canned or frozen mixed vegetables
1 (16 oz.) can of olives (black or green)
1-2 c. mayonnaise (to taste)
1 tbsp. mustard
1/4 c. ranch dressing
Salt and pepper
Paprika

Cook potatoes until firm, dice; dice hard boiled eggs and add to potatoes. Add olives, vegetables, mayonnaise, mustard, dressing and mix. Salt and pepper to taste. Arrange 2 hard boiled eggs (sliced) on top and sprinkle with paprika.
