CURTIS FAMILY POTATO SALAD 
4 hard boiled eggs, diced
12 oz. cooked potatoes, diced
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1/8 c. chopped pimento
1/8 c. sliced radishes
8 diced green olives (optional)

DRESSING:

1/2 c. light mayonnaise
1/4 c. plain yogurt
1 env. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing
1 tbsp. ketchup
1 tsp. vinegar
2 pkts. Equal sweetener

Mix veggies and dressing together. Chill.
