1 - 2 - 3 CHOCOLATE SAUCE 
1 lg. can (1 2/3 c.) undiluted evaporated milk
2 c. granulated sugar
3 sqs. (3 oz.) baking semi-sweet chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine milk, sugar, and chocolate in saucepan over hot water. Cook about 15 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; add vanilla. Beat with electric mixer until smooth. (It takes a long time, don't give up!) Serve for delicious hot fudge sundae. Store in a covered jar for several weeks in refrigerator.
