MICROWAVE CARAMEL CORN 
1 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter
1/4 c. Karo syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
6 qts. popped corn

Pop popcorn and put in a paper bag that has been sprayed with Pam. Measure baking soda and set aside. In large microwave mixing bowl add brown sugar and Karo syrup, butter and salt and stir. Cook in microwave on full power for 2 minutes after it boils. Remove from microwave and add baking soda and stir. It will foam. Pour over popcorn in bag and fold down top of bag and shake. Place bag in microwave and cook 1 1/2 minutes on full power. Remove and shake. Cook 1 1/2 minutes again on full power. Remove and shake well. Pour onto waxed paper and let cool.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
