VINEGAR CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. water
3/4 c. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla

Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt in large mixer bowl. Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla. Beat 3 minutes at medium speed until well blended. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 inch pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes or until just done in middle when tested with knife. A solid, delicious cake. Good with cream cheese frosting.
