EASY SWISS STEAK 
1 round steak
1 (16 oz) can tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. diced onion
1/2 c. green pepper
Salt & pepper to taste

Trim fat from steak. Cut steak into portions about 3" square. Put steak, sauce and tomatoes in crock pot. Cook on high 3 hours. Turn to low. Add onion and green pepper. Salt and pepper to taste. If more liquid is needed, add another can of tomato sauce or water. Simmer until meat is tender. Serve with mashed potatoes using the juice from meat as gravy.
