7 c. sugar
blend strawberries to make juice (1/2 c. water to berries in blender)
5 c. strawberry juice to 1 batch
1 box Sure-Jell to batch

In large pot, pour strawberry juice and add your Sure-Jell. Bring to hard boil. Once this is done, add your sugar to the pot and reboil. Boil 1 minute on hard boil to where you can't stir down. Remove the skim off the top after settling. Have jars hot in boiling water, the lids and seals dry. Fill jars and return to boiling water for 5 minutes. Take out and set aside to let cool. Gently press the top of the lid to seal.
