8 slices white bread
3/4 lb. cheddar cheese
2 lbs. link sausage
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard

Grease 9"x13" pan. Put cut bread cubes in the bottom of pan. Cover with grated cheese. Fry sausage and cut in thirds. Put on top of cheese. Beat eggs, milk and mustard and pour over bread, cheese and sausage. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
