DAFFODIL DIP 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. parsley
1 hard cooked egg
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp. anchovy paste
Dash of pepper

Gradually add mayonnaise to softened cream cheese, mixing until well blended. Add parsley, chopped egg white, onion, garlic, anchovy paste and pepper. Mix well. Sprinkle with sieved egg yolk. Makes 2 1/2 cups. Serve with vegetable dippers or crackers.
