HAM & EGGS BREAKFAST PIE 
1 (9 inch) frozen pie shell
Thick sliced ham
Slices of cheddar cheese
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream

Beginning with cheese, alternate layers of cheese and ham in pie shell. Beat eggs with sour cream and pour over pie. Bake for 30 minutes at 425 degrees. Cool for 15 minutes before cutting.
