BANANA BREAKFAST BARS | |
1/2 c. oil 3/4 c. honey 1 egg 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1 1/2 c. mashed bananas (2 bananas) 4 c. Quaker oats 1/2 c. raisins or coconut 1/2 c. chopped walnuts 1/2 c. sunflower seeds Mix honey and oil, then mix everything together. Lightly butter pie pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean and top is browned. |
