TASTY BANANA BARS 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 1/4 c. thinly sliced ripe bananas
1 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. cold coffee
2 eggs

FROSTING:

1 1/3 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
2 to 3 tbsp. cold coffee

Blend ingredients in large mixer bowl. Beat 2 minutes at high speed. Pour into greased 10x15 inch jelly roll pan. Bake 25 to 35 minutes or until bars spring back when touched lightly in center. Cool.

FROSTING: Mix ingredients until smooth, frost bars. Makes 3 dozen bars.
