BAKED PECANS 
In bowl mix 1 egg white and 1 tablespoon cold water. In second bowl mix 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon. Mix egg white and water until frothy but not stiff. Add 1 pound pecan halves. Stir to coat. Pour into sugar mixture. Stir to coat. Bake on buttered cookie sheet for 1 hour at 225 degrees. Break apart as they cool.
