WINTER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
8 oz. noodles, cooked
1 1/2 c. whole kernel corn, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. chopped pimiento (optional)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Brown meat; add onion and cook until tender. Stir in milk and cheese until well blended. Add remaining ingredients; pour in a 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Unbaked casseroles may be frozen. About 2 hours before dinner unwrap casseroles, bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 45 minutes or until bubbly. Brown under broiler if desired.
