BLUEBERRY BUCKLE 
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. shortening or (bacon drippings)
1 egg

Prehear oven to 400F degrees for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 375.

Cream together. Stir in 1/2 cup milk, 2 cups flour, 2 tsp. baking powder. Batter will be very thick.

Blend in 2 cups partially defrosted blueberries.

Turn into a well greased 9 x 13 cake pan and top with mixture of 1/2 cup brown sugar, 2 teaspoons cinnamon, 1/2 cup flour, 1/4 cup softened butter. Sprinkle over top.

Bake 35 minutes at 375 degrees.

Serve with whipped topping or as is.
