2 pkgs. spinach, cooked and drained
1/2 stick soft butter
3 eggs beaten by hand
3 tbsp. flour
5 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 lb. cottage cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all together and bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
