HEALTHY VEGAN LETTUCE WRAP 
Umami Sauce (exclude cheese while preparing)
Tofu - 1 container approximately
Lettuce
Brown rice noodles - 125 gms (4 ounces)
1/4th cup peanuts
1 green onion or handful cilantro

Boil the noodles or soak them in lukewarm water till they are soft (almost to 90%) as we will be cooking them again with a little sauce, too.

Now is the time to prepare the tofu (while the noodles are boiling and soaking in water).

Wipe the moisture out of the tofu with a napkin or a soaking paper and cut it into cubes. Stir fry the tofu till it's properly cooked, crispy, and brown.

Add some sauce and stir fry tofu in it. Keep stirring till it absorbs the flavor and texture of the sauce. Once cooked, keep them in another bowl.

In the same pan, add some oil and add noodles to it, add some umami sauce to bind the flavors together. Do not heat this for too long and add a little water to it until the noodles feel sticky.

Wrap-it-up-all-together: Now, all you have to do is wrap this all up together to make it 'the perfect Vegan lettuce wrap'. Take a lettuce leaf, butter it up a little, and add some noodles and the tofu. Add onion and peanuts as per your taste.
