POTATO CASSEROLE | |
1 bag OreIda hash browns 1 bag OreIda hash browns with peppers 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 pt. sour rem 2 tbsp. butter 2 c. cheddar cheese Thaw hash browns in microwave. In bowl mix potatoes, soup, sour cream, 1 cup cheese, salt and pepper. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Pour melted butter and other 1 cup of cheese over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. (For quickness, microwave for 30 minutes before putting in pan, occasionally stirring. Then bake for 30 minutes to melt top cheese and brown.) |
