POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 bag OreIda hash browns
1 bag OreIda hash browns with peppers
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour rem
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. cheddar cheese

Thaw hash browns in microwave. In bowl mix potatoes, soup, sour cream, 1 cup cheese, salt and pepper. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Pour melted butter and other 1 cup of cheese over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. (For quickness, microwave for 30 minutes before putting in pan, occasionally stirring. Then bake for 30 minutes to melt top cheese and brown.)

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
