POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen hashbrown potatoes (20 to 24 oz.)
1 c. chopped onions
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
8 oz. cheddar cheese
2 tsp. melted butter
2 c. crushed corn flakes

Let potatoes thaw slightly; break apart and place in casserole pan. Onions can be pre-cooked 1 1/2 minutes in microwave. Mix all ingredients except cheese, butter, and corn flakes. Sprinkle with cheese, corn flakes and top with melted butter.

Bake in microwave 16 to 20 minutes or at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
